Even if the project concept is based on country-specific components, the Project is expected to provide:
Capacity-building of the participating laboratories.
Support of the public health policies in the selected topic of interest of the project and releasing recommendations for the implementation of appropriate public health measures (primarily dealing with prevention or early warning) at short and long term;
Networking and sharing of methodologies and regional information;
Enhancement of the visibility of the Institut Pasteur International Network and regional scientific collaborations.
